There came a day when thoughts were clear
Remembered well, I*d say
When mind and heart had all agreed
With this new friend would stay
With kindness she had made a mark
Upon my soul, did etch
When placed a kiss upon my heart
Wild vision she caused to stretch
So now she has my fond respect
